A little bit about me...

My name is Emma.​​​

I am a Clinical Nutritional Therapist (in training), passionate in working with Women to support them in reaching their full health and wellness potential, by using the power of nutrition and positive lifestyle improvements.

Currently, I’m studying Clinical Nutrition with The Health Science Academy. I am certified in Nutritional Therapy, Gut Health, Behavioural Coaching and Fat Loss & Eating Psychology.

After struggling with eczema for 25 years, I found relief through the power of nutrition and lifestyle changes—and I haven’t had a flare-up since. This experience ignited my passion for health and wellness, and now I’m committed to empowering women on their own journeys to better health.

The Energy Rebalance
In 8 sessions, we’ll identify any nutritional deficiencies, assess your antioxidant levels, and review your current diet to create a personalized plan that fills the gaps while keeping your meals enjoyable. We’ll also explore lifestyle changes around sleep, stress, and movement, tracking your symptoms and progress along the way. By the end, you’ll have a sustainable, nourishing approach to eating and living, feeling educated, empowered, and fully in tune with your body.

Your Personal Health and Lifestyle Report
You will be sent some health and lifestyle questionnaires to fill out, which I’ll use to prepare a personalised report designed around your unique needs. I will then email you the report within 48 hours.

The Gut Body Connection
This 8-session program is designed to help you feel your best from the inside out. Using the 4R approach — Remove, Replace, Repopulate, and Repair — we’ll identify foods or habits causing discomfort, introduce gut-supporting nutrients, rebuild healthy gut bacteria, and repair your digestive lining. Along the way, we’ll track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and incorporate lifestyle factors like sleep, stress, and movement. By the end, you’ll have a sustainable approach to eating and living that keeps your gut balanced, your digestion comfortable, and your energy thriving.
